Most vehicles are reserved as a class — “or similar” — not a specific car.

Driver check, payment or deposit, and the rental agreement before pickup.

A reservation saves a spot

Confirming a reservation does not release a vehicle. Before you drive away we verify your driver details, payment or deposit, and signed rental agreement, and we assign a vehicle from your class. Reservations are held for a short grace period after your pickup time — check your confirmation for the current hold window at your location.
